There is NO ERROR MESSAGE, instead, When double click the app EXE, it appears the sign of 'Working in background', then after while, the sign disappear and NOTHING occur!

When I have run the Compatibility troubleshooter, and choose the 'Try recommended sittings', then 'Test program', it asks the Administrator permission, and when I click OK it gives me the message 'The app was unable to load a required virtual machine.
