Bought HPT and the seller said he would transfer the serial # under my email (not sure how that works) but he never did. Now I cant get a hold of him and the serial # is still linked to his email. Support@HPT is off from 7/11-7/21. It would be nice to know if they can take care of this issue when they get back.
